Appointments
At our dental practice, your oral health care is very important to us. Therefore, we allow a generous amount of time with the Doctor and support staff to ensure that you are not just a number. Because of our high standard of care, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations. A $50.00 fee may be charged for late or missed appointments.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We do not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Dental Insurance
We will be happy to file your insurance claim and work closely with you to help you collect your maximum benefit. Please remember that the insurance company is responsible to you, and in turn, you are responsible to us for your account. Here are some important facts about dental insurance:

• Dental insurance is not designed to cover all expenses, but is an aid to better care.
  
• Many companies use an "alternate benefit" clause, which states that the company is liable for the least expensive form of treatment. However, this is not always the most effective treatment for the patient.
  
• Some policies state that they pay ''usual and customary" fees. Though insurance companies do not clarify that statement, we do know that our services exceed ''usual and customary" because our patients deserve the best care available.

• We accept most PPO dental insruance plans, including but not limited to Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shiled, Cigna, Delta, Epoch, Humana, and MetLife, as well as being listed as a provider for Logistics Health Incorporated, helping servicemen and women access to quality dental care. If your dental insurance provider is not listed here, please call the office to ask if we accept your plan.

Financial Considerations
Our goal is to provide you with the dental care
you need when you need it.That's why we accept a variety of payment options including debit cards, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Payment plans are also available but must be arranged prior to the dental services.

We provide private care and participate in selected PPO dental plans.This means that you and Dr. Adjemian will make all the decisions regarding your dental treatment based on your individual needs and desires.

Fees are due at the time of service. All accounts remaining unpaid after 30 days are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance. There is a $ 110 fee for dental emergency visits that occur after office hours. Please feel free to speak with our office manager regarding insurance and payment plans.
