Meet the Doctor
Dr Arsen Adjemian received his undergraduate degree in physiology and chemistry and his anesthesia technician certification from San Francisco State University (SFSU). He then moved to the University of Southern California where he graduated first in his dental class.
Dr. Adjemian spent a combined four years in medical school and in oral and maxillofacial surgery training (Not a speciality) at UMKC/Truman Medical Center/Children's Mercy Hospital. He received comprehensive training in complex dental cases, dental trauma, pediatric dentistry, medicine and general anesthesia/IV conscious sedation.
Dr. Adjemian is a member of the American Dental Association, the Missouri Dental Association, and the Greater Kansas City Dental Society. Excellence in patient care and dentistry is his passion and priority.
Dr. Adjemian resides in North Kansas City area with his wife Dr. Cielo Barragan-Adjemian and their three children, Taleen, Karla, and Alex. Dr. Adjemian enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, traveling, and outdoor activities with his two West Highland Terriers.
Becky Roberson, RDH
Becky Roberson is our registered dental hygienist, and is dedicated to helping our patient's develop and maintain their oral health. Becky received her Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1997 and regularly attends continuing education courses to keep current with the latest advances in periodontal therapy and technology. While out of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, Sparky & Hank.
Mary Wano , Office Administrator
Mary is our office administrator who takes on many responsibilities to ensure a smooth transition from the time of scheduling to completing your dental treatment. Mary is very helpful and friendly to every patient. She accommodates all of our patient's scheduling needs and makes every effort to maximize your dental insurance benefits. Mary will be greeting you and scheduling your dental appointment. She enjoys seeing our patient's smile. Mary, an Oklahoma native, now resides in Kansas City with her husband. She enjoys reading, singing, and traveling, and has several trips planned over the next few months. She also has a passion in photography, and specializes in portraiture.
Janet Deckard, DA
Janet is our dental assistant who is dedicated in making our patient's as comfortable as possible. Janet has an excellent chair side manner and takes care of all her patient's as if they are her family. She has twenty-one years of dental assisting experience in variety aspect of dentistry, still continues to attend continuing dental education a regular basis to stay current in the dental technologies. Janet is a mother of three children and enjoys spending time with them, enjoys working out, and reading. Janet enjoys her job as a dental assistant, works well with everyone and looks forward coming to work every day. She loves the atmosphere and we have a lot of fun too.
